Swim PEI welcomes Mark Fellner as Technical Director

Swim PEI is pleased to announce the hiring of Technical Director Mark Fellner.

Mark brings with him years of experience as Executive Director/Technical Director  with Swim Manitoba. He is also a coach educator, NCCP L4, and is excited to bring his skills as a swim developer and club development to the island.
