For swimmers and coaches to be able to have the greatest impact and maximize their potential, they need the support of a solid and effective club structure that provides a supportive framework to allow them to achieve success. Clubs are the cornerstones that allow our athletes to develop from fundamentals to excellence.

All swimmers must have a signed form kept by the club for the current season.
Officials Protection of Personal Privacy Form
All officials must have a signed form kept by the club for the current season.
Minor Coach Form
Submit this form for all coaches under the age of 18 years, in lieu of a police/VSS check.

Submit this form if your club requires team managers to have access to the registration system.
